It’s important to note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 6 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please understand there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, customs processing, or postal service issues that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Gopase is not responsible for these charges if they are applied — they are the responsibility of the customer.
Courier Responsibility Disclaimer
We work with multiple courier partners to deliver orders worldwide.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, any mistakes, delays, or issues caused by the courier service are beyond our control and not Gopase’s responsibility.
If an issue arises, we will provide you with your tracking number and courier details, so that you can reach out to your local courier service directly for assistance.

How to Check the Status of Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@gopase.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have restrictions when shipping to P.O. boxes.
If your carrier does not deliver to P.O. boxes, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 25 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount, minus any return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at office@gopase.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We handle these situations case-by-case and will work to find a satisfactory resolution.
